Effective from: 30th June 2025

The House of Pusha is committed to offering a seamless shopping experience. If something doesn't work out, we offer a clear return and exchange process.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Products under sale, discount codes, or personalisation are non-returnable.

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Original invoice must be included
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory in case of:
    • Damaged items
    • Missing products
    • Wrong items received

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Products purchased on discount or during promotions
  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items reported after the 5-day return window

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

  • Refunds initiated within 7–10 business days after quality check
  • Prepaid orders refunded to the original payment method
  • No COD orders accepted
  • Option for store credit valid for 6 months (on request)

Exchange Policy

  • Only one exchange per item
  • If the exact variant is unavailable:
    • We’ll help you choose a similar product
    • Or issue store credit/refund (if eligible)
  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before dispatch)
  • To cancel, email: care@thehouseofpusha.com with your Order ID
  • Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t permitted — you may request a return (if eligible)
