Track your order
Every order gets two emails: an order confirmation when you place it and a shipping confirmation when the parcel leaves us.
Where is my order?
- Open your order confirmation email and tap View your order. The order page shows its current status.
- Once the parcel is dispatched, the shipping confirmation email carries the tracking details as soon as the courier provides them. The same details appear on your order page.
- Ordered with an account? Log in and open Orders.
How long does it take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery takes 2–5 working days in metro cities and 4–7 working days in tier 2, tier 3 and remote locations.
Can't find the email?
Write to care@thehouseofpusha.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we will send you the status.
