Can I return or exchange it?

Yes, for a damaged piece, a wrong item or a size issue, reported within 7 days of delivery with the tags, packaging and an unboxing video. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

What is the Tarnish-Free Promise?

If a full-price piece tarnishes under normal wear within 6 months of delivery, we replace it with the same piece (or store credit if sold out). Not covered: scratches, breakage, contact with perfume, water or chemicals. Unboxing video and order number needed. One replacement per piece.
